Stoneman's recent troubles began in February 2010 when Washington County Sheriff's Office Investigators, Drug Enforcement Administration Agents, and Officers from the State of Tennessee Board of Probation and Parole went to his home to conduct a follow up investigation. Inside Stoneman's home officers located a .22 caliber rifle, a stolen .45 caliber handgun, 1/2 pound of marijuana, digital scales and other items used in the packaging and resale of Marijuana, and approximately $210 cash, 2 Harley Davidson Motorcycles with altered Vehicle Identification Numbers. While there, Stoneman was taken into custody on charges of Violation of Parole.
